We have ensured that our prices are kept to a minimum as well as keeping or shipping costs to a minimum. All products are posted via Australia Post with Recipted Delivery, or for large, bulky items deliveries are made through Couriers. In all cases we require an adult signature on delivery. If no one is available at home a card will be left and the parcel can be collected form the nearest collection centre.

We endeavour to process and ship your goods to you as soon as possible, however if a product is out of stock or delayed for any reason shipping times may vary, in this case you will be contacted. If an item is no longer available it will promptly be removed from the site with our apologies and any customers who have ordered the item will be notified.                               

All prices and information included in this site may be subject to change at any time.

Most* products can be returned with in 30 days of purhcase however the freight cost will be met by the purchaser.  All returns will recieve a full refund as long as it is with 30 days of purchase. We will refund the full amount of the product however freight charges will not be refunded.   

*Exclusion - No returns will be accepted for any product that has been removed from packaging or any other damage which will result in the product not being in a suitable condition for re sale unless faulty. Faulty Items- Any items that are faulty can be returned at the cost of mytoyworld.com.au. You must call us on 1300 363 319 to obtain authorisation before returning and must be done within normal manufacturers warranty period. Please be aware that there is a difference from wear and tear to faulty and each will be assesed when returned.
