We offer $8.95 shipping on items* sent to most locations within Australia.
*excluding some bulky items (these are clearly marked with a surcharge).
For shipping to remote regions please check the shipping costs in the checkout.
All products are posted via Australia Post with Receipted Delivery, or via Couriers. In all cases we require an adult signature on delivery. If no one is available at home a card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest collection centre.
We endeavor to process and ship your goods to you as soon as possible, however if a product is out of stock or delayed for any reason shipping times may vary, in this case you will be contacted.

Free shipping is standard eParcel tracking shipping via Australia Post.

Returns
Most* products can be returned within 30 days of purchase however the freight cost will be met by the purchaser. All returns will receive a full refund as long as it is with 30 days of purchase. We will refund the full amount of the product however freight charges will not be refunded.
*Exclusion - No returns will be accepted for any product that has been removed from packaging or any other damage which will result in the product not being in a suitable condition for re sale unless faulty. If you are unsure regarding this, please contact us at Toyworld Forest Hill 1300 363 319 during normal business hours.
Any items that are faulty can be returned at the cost of mytoyworld.com.au. However, you must call us on 1300 363 319 to obtain authorisation before returning and must be done within normal manufacturers warranty period. Please be aware that there is a difference from wear and tear to faulty and each will be assessed when returned.
