Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia, however if you live overseas you are welcome to order something to be delivered to an Australian address.

What happens when I order something that is listed as “Not in Stock (Available for order)”?
When we receive an order for an item that is not in stock, we immediately add this item to our next order from the appropriate supplier if we have not done so already. Any other items you have on order will be place aside and as soon as we receive any out of stock items we will ship your order. We receive an order from our major suppliers every couple of weeks. If for any reason the item is not available from the supplier (ie it has been discontinued or they are out of stock) we will contact you to advise of the situation and discuss how you wish to proceed.

I don’t have a credit card, how can I purchase an item from you?
We understand that not everyone has a credit card or perhaps you don’t want to use it to shop online. In this situation we would recommend you sign up for a ’Pay Pal’ account (www.paypal.com) and use this payment method in our checkout. Pay Pal offer several transaction methods including direct debit from bank accounts.

I have selected “In Store Pickup” as my shipping method, when can I collect my item?
Once we have picked and prepared your order we will email you to confirm that your order is ready for collection. If you come to collect your order before you have received this email it may not be ready for you.

I am looking for an item that isn’t listed on your website; can you help me find it?
Yes, our website is linked with multiple physical stores and although the number of items we have available online is growing every day, we don’t have all then in store items available online. So if you are looking for something and you can’t see it in the online store please call us on 03 9878 0422 or send us an email info@mytoyworld.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I order an item an upcoming product?
We do list some upcoming items, especially items we expect to be very popular, before we have them in stock. These items can be ordered and will be shipped as soon as we receive stock. However please note that availability dates are estimates only.
